Extended family restaurant diner tonight, enjoyable as usual. Audrey's business is picking up, one of her new accounts by itself would be a good middle class income, except for one little problem, it's in the war zone in Minneapolis and won't pay much until she can get the retail occupants (renters, not owners) all together on payment plans to keep things going until business comes back. That's a hope, not a given. Owner of the property sounds like a good guy for not just booting them for new tenants that can pay now, but I wonder how much of that is because he knows businesses are leaving Minneapolis, poor prospect for getting new tenants. Eviction would likely mean an empty building and those are targets for vandalism. It'll take years, if ever, for that part of town to get back to pre-2020 levels. She's confident she can turn the situation profitable by summer.
Going to watch another episode of "Only Murders in the Building" and call it a night. One of the few things I've seen Steve Martin in I actually liked. Don't know why I like it, never watched anything like this before. It's on Hulu.
