Afternoon, Al. I think I am caught up on stuff that was undone while I was away. If not, the little green elves will be in later to take care of it.

Greg lives in a great area. I would live there if I could afford it! Sure, it gets cold, but it can be snowing in the mountains and 70 degrees in Denver in March. Best of both worlds.

As far as me and Stan, we were born into the area. And the thing about the Midwest is, it's hard to escape. Everything is pretty laid back and comfortable. Jobs are available, people are friendly, the 3 seasons are actually very enjoyable, and if you ice fish or snowmobile, Winter is actually fun. The Midwest spawns a certain complacency that is difficult to overcome. But I've been here too long and I am 100% done with Winter. It took 59 years. It's now not comfortable and it's getting less friendly. So I'm done.

My humor missed missed the mark yet again. I'll stop trying.

And you're the first, but I doubt the last for today.

Hey, Russ, Bob,,

Mick, I did some Biden/democrat financial math (logic?) on my boat purchase. It only cost ME $100 . here's how I arrived there. I bought the Deuce for $7,000 (not including the $200 HD credit) with MY money. That money is gone, never to be seen again. A few months ago, a guy gave me $8,900 of HIS money for it. Yesterday, I bought a boat for $9,000. I gave the dealer $8,900 of THE OTHER GUY'S money and $100 of MY money, so it only cost ME $100 . I should have gotten him down another $100, then it would have been FREE!
