We have plenty of generation capability, it’s just that some plants require natural gas to fire them and those distribution systems literally froze up. Our systems were never designed for -2°F, but can withstand 110°F.

I rode in, so I had an excuse to ride home for lunch and ride back again. The rest of the week I'll be in SA for a conference of nerds and forensic geeks. I'll be riding all week. Oh the horror! Muhaha!

couldn't even think about a ride today,although baited by the weather guessers, They said zero chance of rain 'til saturday night....guess again...it's pouring out!! glad I slept .

You Greg and Bob. I feel you made bad decisions when choosing a place to live. At least Bob is moving and on bad days, I guess where Greg is, it's legal. What do you have?

I haven't chosen yet........but when I do, it will be warm but not hot ,cool but not cold....right now, my home fits the bill....outside , not so much.
