Morning Mick.

Yeah Al, that’s one reason why I don’t trophy hunt or get mounts. They’re beautiful…but what do you do with them afterwards?
60” bull is quite the specimen. We like to get the 2-3 year olds. So maybe 24”-36”. A better chance of having a good eating meat moose.

That would be a trip of a lifetime!

I think he mentioned that 50" is minimum size. This was his second trip, last time they didn't get anything. Hunting and fishing is his passion and he can afford to do it. Nice that he passes that on to my 11 y/o g'son . Kid is being raised right.

Morning Bob

I agree Al. Been taking Zach out since he was 4-5. He’ll be with me today too.

Morning Al, Jeff, Denny, Chris, Tim, Mick, and Greg.

I have no Moose stories other than seeing them when skiing out west. Idiot tourists get within 10 feet of them for selfies. They think they are dealing with Bullwinkle until they get stomped on. Idiots.

The moose is an animal that looks like it was put together by a committee that never spoke to each other.
Morning, Bob, Tim, Mick, Al, Denny, and Jeff.
And Chuck.

Morning Chuck!

Last time I saw one was in Jackson Hole. I was on a catwalk and a young Bull was downhill from me on a run nibbling on something at the edge of the run. There were at least a dozen people within ten feet of him, all on skis naturally. I watched for a minute and then decided I didn't want to see them get run over and went on my way. I did yell - "Hey......that thing gets pissed off you're in a world of hurt" They ignored me.
