Back in my day I'd have been sitting in that chair while smoking my Sonoma cigarette and reading the paper, occasionally yelling obscenities at the kids riding their bicycles too fast on the side walks. Yup, the good ol days...

But really, good John. Glad you're feeling well enough to get out and about. Certainly on the bike.

 

Clarksville says Don Rancho has the best margaritas and Mexican food. Who am I to argue?

Went to PT today....they worked me over pretty good. Stretched some muscles I haven't used for awhile. Then final thing today was traction table. Felt pretty good after that. A bit sore but better than this morning! Plus I got my "thumper" today. It's a deep tissue muscle massage unit like what they use on me. This vibrates and thumps your muscle tissue. Will try that later tonight with the wife!
Hope y'all had a good day. Tomorrow may ride in an American Legion Riders run. Depending if my buddy wants to go. Glad I have no major plans for the weekend and I mowed the lawn Wednesday. Lurker out!!
