I'm not sure what the requested comment is for. If I've ever endulged in sexual behavior on an airplane it was with an adult female. And it was parked at night and nobody else was on it. Probably would have been a DC9 and maybe a 727. If I ever did.

 

I hate to jump on the bandwagon, but this Delta variant of Covid is rough and has put young people such as myself in the hospital. If I had 20 years on me I wouldn't have done nearly as well. I fought off pneumonia and still suffered for weeks after.

It's putting children in the hospital here. Some of the big hospitals are sending kids to a chidren's hospital to free up beds for adults. A second school closed this week, and it's only the second week of school in this state. When stores put "not required but please wear masks" signs on the doors, last week I saw few people wearing masks. Yesterday at Sam's Club, nearly all of them were. Obviously many in the Southern states aren't concerned about it, but up here looks like most of the general population is taking it seriously now. Had the State fair a couple weeks ago, thousands showed up, wouldn't be surprised if we get a surge off that, but a lot of people here got vaccinated, maybe that will help keep the numbers down. I wouldn't have gone anyway, have no desire to be in shoulder to shoulder sweaty crowds eating greasy overpriced junk food even in the healthiest of times. 30 years ago it was interesting and not near as crowded, but they've turned it into a tourist trap.

Back from an evening golf cart ride to survey the domain. Not much to report unlike last night where a couple was engaging in sex in the front passenger seat of a Dodge Challenger at the little pool. I pulled up next to them in the truck, with Kristi in it, and suggested that they take their activities elsewhere as the pool was closed and Ft. Worth Police Dept. was on their way to clear the lot. Ol’ boy pulled out faster than Biden out of Afghanistan and moved on.
