Just out of the DRs office, cortisone shot number 3 in the shoulder. Second shot in the right 
. After the initial pain wares off , I hope I will be able to sleep on my side again

The doctor said if things don’t get better with time and I’m not satisfied with my level of pain. He would do surgery
