Morning John. Hows the back this morning?

 

Better than last night, tks. He did more work, but recovery seems easier than the last one

 

I played pretty well, For the first time in a long while there were players behind me so I only played one ball. The front nine was closed due to conditions so everyone was going off on the back. Normally I am alone. I thought I would quickly pull away but they were pressuring me for the first three holes. I was trying to play too quickly and double bogied the first three holes. Then I got out ahead and settled down. I only bogied once more and ended up +7 after nine. The lack of concentration from being rushed caused me to chili dip twice on one hole or the score would have been a little better. It does seem the lesson is paying off as I adapt my swing to what he taught me. I hope it continues to improve and becomes normal to me. It's hard changing from what I've always done. Everyone ride safe.
