Re-morning, Woods. Spent the last hour playing landlord. Don't people actually talk anymore? I HATE (*&^&*%#^ texting ! The tenant closest to me in the house next door is getting married and moving out at end of month...approximately. I will NOT advertise the place because I can't deal with all the a$$holes who'll call. Tenant on the other side, who is a terrific person, has a friend who's interested in the place. You can't imagine the *&^%^&*% texts back and forth to make arrangements to show the place on Friday ( I'll be home to take Zeke to the vet's) Actual talking would be so much simpler and faster. BTW, before anyone asks ...I don't know if the new woman is hot. I was told she's a RN Supervisor...might be handy to have one 25' away from me.

HAHA, if I had owned the place or inherited them when I bought it, I would up on multiple charges in short order!
