Morning woods,

out all day in the Jeep yesterday. Sunburnt on one leg Picnic and a few beers along the way. Weather was perfect.

Gave her a good bath before we left.

VA Acupuncture Appt this AM. Went to patient advocacy and got my Primary Care Doctor changed.

Busy schedule today it looks like although I have little motivation................
