Good morning doc, Russ and all. We are headed out on the bikes to get breakfast and go for a nice ride. There is a brand new Ihop in our and we intend on trying it out. We usually opt for the locally owned joints but every now and again we hit a chain for breakfast. There really isn't many chain place for breakfast. Cracker Barrel and the Waffle House are up at the interstate interchange but in town only the Ihop. The Huddle House closed and I like it.

The door is all done and I will be relaxing today after the ride. I will be tuned into the golf match later this afternoon. It is pretty exciting this week. Even last place get $395K. I guess Koepka already locked that up because he was injured and had to drop out. A tree root just below the surface caused forearm damage and he could not continue. I remember once in a scramble tournament I injured a finger during a swing and could only putt from there out. One would think golf is injury free. Everyone ride safe.

Morning Jeff, Bill and Mick.

Jeff, being that Ihop is a known romance starter, I will wish you good luck and advise you to use another finger.

Morning bannings complete.

Time to start securing room accommodations at Big Bend, Russ. Which hotel do you prefer?

Mornin Russ, Mick, Jeff, and Rocket Bill. I'm headed out to sit with the geezers at The King. I'm hoping for a fresh batch of BS this morning.....but that is very doubtful!!
Y'all have a great day.

I’m partial to anywhere with a bar and young waitresses.

I have been looking at these Mick:

This one is pricey but in Terlingua

These seem to seem reasonable and “fun” to look at

Another option is to stay in Alpine, which isn’t a bad thing where they have major chains. We’ve stayed at the Holland Hotel in Alpine several times and you can not beat their restaurant for dinner.
