Going to smoke my first Brisket , its only a 4 pound so I found this recipe on line

I'm waiting for Reynaldo (Russ) to chime in - I'm thinking he's the TOAK brisket King, or at least one of them -
I want to start learning/doing smoked briskets too -

 

Dave, I'll ask my wife for advice to share too. She's good at it and doesn't use too much smoke like some. That's NOT a dig at Russ! Russ can cook. I don't order brisket at any restaurant is what I meant.
