I am in training for Raytheon’s EX4000 tactical radio set that are installed in most of our aircraft. We use them them to transmit text, voice and video to either ground forces or to boats. The USG canceled the contract Raytheon has had for years and now expects myself as well as the other two guys in this class to maintain the sets on the aircraft, 60 man pack units plus 30 boats in various countries. They said they want to replace the radios but they haven’t come up with replacements systems yet.

Morning Al.

Good morning all. I sure hope this heat eases up as we move into September. The rain is suppose to hold off for a few days. Everyone ride safe.
