TOAK, The Thread of All Knowledge Part XIII
I thought you were already. That isn't you?
Does that look like a Members Only jacket?
G'Afternoon, Woods....finishing up all the crap that I had to do at my winter home. Even got the gas string trimmer, that had been left at the lake by previous owner, running. Just had to pull the carb , disassemble , clean and adjust it. This beautiful stone work was being hidden by the arborvitae in front of house next door. It just needed a pressure washing to clean years of road grime off. Of course, my washer is up at the lake.So....I bought a new 3400psi one for down here ...... I'll leave the old one at the lake.

Went for a ride today.... finally ran the tank down to refill time. Think I have a bit over 220 miles now.... Installed my air horn yesterday. Disconnected the positive battery cable and installed the power lead for horn and a starred lock washer. Then disconnected the negative and installed a starred lock washer on it. Put everything back together. Took off today and saw I had an engine check light on. Only thing I did was the horn install and disconnect battery. I'll try to disconnect the negative and re-install then disconnect positive and reconnect. And double check wires under the seat. That was the onliest thing I did yesterday!!! Otherwise a trip to the dealer with hung head!
Denny, anytime I remove the battery cable I get a code. I just reset and it's gone. Something about low voltage. Just run your diagnostic and reset it, you'll be fine.
