3 hours in the ER? Get a small scratch? Bloody nose? Out here just walking in to the ER is a 3 hour ordeal.

Funny thing. They didn't ask about my vaccine status or if I had covid while in the ER. On Friday a day after my eye appointment I was grinding without safety glasses and got a metal sliver stuck in my cornea. They removed it and the rust ring out of my eye. All good now. Thanks for asking.

Lou, I hope your results are better than mine were. I put an impact wrench on a rusty muffler clamp, got a metal chip in the center of my eye. It left a scare.

I usually can remove them myself but this one was a pain. Getting some starburst affects at night but had that before. Usually goes away in a week or two.
