How's things down Texas way?

 

Halito Woods. I'm back from the great white north. Or should I say the hot, humid, green forests?? Had a great weekend. They had quite a turnout for both the Pine Cone kids run on Saturday and the Jack Pine on Sunday. It was fun seeing people up there again, and listening to motorcycles all weekend!!! This was the 95th Jack Pine. They missed a couple during WWII, one year due to a potential outlaw m/c threatening to "protest" the club and race, and last year. 4 more years and they will have the 100th. I can hardly wait for that!! I'm sure there may be a few stories coming out in the next few days. Just happy to be home and sleep in my bed in a/c for a change!!

Been a decent day, not overly hot but busy doing stuff all day. How ‘bout you?

Evenin Woods! What a day...shuffle was busy and we're about to head to Benjamin's middle school for Back to School night. No rest for the wicked, I guess

What? They forecast high heat down here today but it just never materialized. I think our humidity was 32% today and a high temp of 98°. Really didn’t feel that bad.

 

Eavning all. Long day. 24 hour fast, 6 hours sleep and 3 hours in the emergency room last night. Tomorrow is a new day. All good.
