TOAK, The Thread of All Knowledge Part XIII
Nice looking fridge there Russ!
Yeah, my boss and I have determined that they don't care if we're good at making things happen in the field. They care if we are good at the corporate BS. As long as we check off our KPIs they are happy. Results do not matter. As one *** sucking co-worker, who is revered by the D-bag, said (aloud in front of 50 other co-workers on a Teams call) "Failure is always an option".
Just shoot me.

One thing I learned a long time ago Bob while working with numerous shitty people, most people are the architects of their own demise. People like that refuse constructive criticism equating it to a personal attack. I have worked with several people, usually those in the engineering end who would rather f something up than do it the smart way if suggested by someone else. Sad state of affairs.

No ****. They will applaud the guy for having a 'realistic' view.
If you've got Plan B you've already determined your Plan A isn't the best.

C'mon Russ.....you know the drill - pics!
I wouldn't mind having that extra room as well. I just need to keep complaining about the one we have and hopefully it will get replaced like yours was.
Nice bike Denny! My neighbor has the identical bike and color showing up next week. He's retired MOCO and gets a new one every year. Pretty sweet deal - he actually gets paid to trade in his bike for a new one. This year he made $900. Granted, he puts maybe 3000-4000 miles on the bike.
In other news - got a "talking to" about my "unprofessional" email to a dipshit who is the production manager for a product we sell. Totally incompetent and an OR can't be used because of it. She tried turning it back on me and I let her have it, but not really all that bad. My boss (great guy) got a call from his boss who gave him a hard time and told him to tell me to apologize. Fine. I did and I'll just simply let the projects fail moving forward. Apparently calling someone out on their poor performance is unprofessional. Talk about tying my hands behind my back.

I do have something positive to report though. This morning, I felt my lower back start to feel like it was about to go out. This was more than likely from trying to hard to lift the bike. The muscles were being to spasm and normally it would progress to ( full on back pain) , so I got on the inversion table and it fixed things ( after a pop or to we’re heard ) it settled right down.
