Evening Woods.
Did some more house stuff today then went for a 2 hour “I’m getting outta this house” ride. Felt pretty good.
Now grilled veggies and halibut are on the traeger.

Hows Jack doing? I haven’t seen hide nor hair of the boy.

First ride today - got on the dirt bike to ride into town and gas up, discovered the gasket between the tank and the petcock was leaking badly (it's been sitting for 3 months). Had to drain the freshly pumped fuel and remove the petcock - no visible damage but found an o-ring type seal with a flat gasket above it. I'm not sure that's right so I sent an email to the aftermarket tank manufacturer to see if that is a correct installation. Anyway the knee felt good for the 4 miles I was on the bike.
It takes 10 minutes to make a left turn during the day with all the traffic ... I thought it was going to be a quick simple trip.

Honestly, I'm not into it either. My Dad and I used to do it every weekend. He was an avid antique collector. I got burned out on it by the age of 16. It got better when he got into guns and that's all we did were guns shows. But I can handle once a year. Especially when beer and hot dogs are in the mix.

We finally had a good couple days of rain up here. Been over two months for a good rain. Pretty dry and crops are scary.
