TOAK, The Thread of All Knowledge Part XIII
Good evening all. Kind of a slow day. I think my old old HP is finally done. So I broke out the one I have had in reserve for some reason it will not connect to my wifi. Just says it cannot connect. Lucky for me I have a back up back up. It rained out a ride again today but it is suppose to be a little better the next few days. I plugged the dribble charger in to my bikes because they have not been ridden much in the last two weeks. I am getting the Ram serviced tomorrow early then a lunch meeting with some former co-workers. After that I am bound and determined to take a ride. Everyone ride safe.
Hey, Greg, MarCUZ.... not yet. Got him a life vest but he got out of it immediately. Ordered a vest harness to make sure I can secure him in the boat. he'll be in it before summer is over.

Daughter had new kitchen cabinets, countertops and sink installed in her rental house, after a $1700 quote for a plumber to hook it up, she decided to do it herself. Said none of the existing plumbing fit anything, and only got hot water and a drain working on one side of the double sink today. Told her to call me if any problems but she didn't. I had the same problem with bathroom and kitchen plumbing in my house, didn't match any connector, pipe or thread size in hardware stores. Maybe the builder got a deal on some Albanian surplus... Easiest thing to do, and what I did in my house, is just cut out all the original crap and install new standard off the Home Depot shelf stuff, no fitting complications. She admits what she did to get those two things working will have to come back out to do it right. New is often easier than repair, and plumbing isn't expensive enough to fight it like that. Just like me, she's quite familiar with the school of hard knocks.
