I had my OL drive me around today, I had to go into work, get an x-ray taken and assortment of other things to do so we took my Jeep, not her 4 cyl Rav 4, I must have lost my mind thinkin I would be more comfortable in my own vehicle. Her starts were about 5 g's to my neck, I reminded her that this was 290 hp not 90 hp, I got the look!
I don't think she misses potholes or low manhole covers, I think she aims for them! After 3 hours with her, which she was obviously becoming agitated at my assortment of comments, she said "I don't think your ready to drive yet even if they give you the OK Friday"! I guess laughing at her did not help the situation! I said "it is a little different when you have something to hold onto like a steering wheel"!
I just gave her the look and scratched my head. 44 years with this woman and some things just never change. We will take her car the next trip out!!

I hear you Ken. I never let the wife drive if I'm in the vehicle unless I'm falling asleep. She scares me. But I do drive like an old lady.
