Watering here as well this morning - Tammy's out until this evening and watering is required, not only as a good idea, but under penalty of death !
Many of her flower beds are not of the "hearty" variety plants.
There will be kubbing this afternoon !
Tried something new, they call it a "Hangover "
'Potatoes topped with a hamburger patty, eggs, cheese and smothered in green chili. The perfect cure!'

4 grandkids Friday, till 11pm. Watched the latest wonder woman movie, nobody liked it, oldest found something else to do. First time I've had the baby, he fell asleep fairly early, but the two year old woke him up within 5 minutes, and the rest of the day went like that, he might have gotten an hour's sleep in total. Just the two middle ones are enough to wear me out. Not something I want to repeat.
Yesterday, never got on the 'puter. Lot of yardwerk, mowed, tree trimming, got one of the small stumps out finally after the mower caught it and the steering wheel punched me hard in the belly. Had it cut off almost flush, somehow it got up high enough to catch the mower deck. Getting hotter, and that's the foreseeable forecast, no rain in sight. I water the veggies every day now, the ground really absorbs a lot of water before it stays wet on top. Need to get another load of hay to spread, the last I got is almost all gone now. Getting it and spreading it is a hot job in this weather, last hay run was 10 bales on my small trailer. Easy job... 40 years ago.
