Good late morning all. I am trying to strip the frost coating off of lighting shades and so far it is not going well. The stuff is flaking off in places indicating it can be removed but so far no type of paint remover seems to have any effect on it. I guess I can get it off with elbow grease and steel wool but I was hoping for a quicker solution. Youtube had several vids on it but so far not much progress. Any ideas would be welcome.

I'd say there'll be some fire going on, which I can't watch. Told the OL to sneak a few pics

 

Alright gents - I'm out. Big day. Hopping on the bikes (plural) to go to friend's pool and brunch, then back, clean up, jump in the truck and head up to Road America for the race car parade and concours. After that back to the pool to watch the Bucks game on a projection screen. I'm not a pro basket ball fan, but this is a historic moment.
