No, that is the property line as we sold it. Our field is to the north (top of picture).
We "retained" that corner due to the field drain tile line underground. If we "sold" that corner, the new owner can create all kinds of problems with our line "underneath his property".

Had to play the "medical emergency" card AGAIN. What a cluster*&^&!
Stan, been through a few "adverse possession"cases years ago. Seems that every time we bought land to develop, some neighbor wanted a piece for free. Unfortunately, it ends up with lawyers involved. There's certain criteria that has to be met for them to have any valid claim. It may be worth it to get some info from an attorney. I found that once I started making the claimant spend money, the problem usually went away. Good Luck.
