Morning Stan!

I have no idea what you are talking about. But any chance you can get your BMW back?

Morning Mike! That is surprising. Being a Sportster guy my guess is you would like them. Light (relatively speaking) and quick.

What year is it? That almost sounds like a decent price these days. RGs are fetching a premium. A guy from Florida asked me to look at a custom Street Glide a while back. The bike had the same theme going but in silver. It was actually pretty spectacular in person. He paid $28K I believe. But that bike was full custom with air suspension and a number of things including $5K stereo system.

Personally I would enjoy buying a bike like that and making it look better.

Mornin Woods!

If Greg gets that RG, he'll need to change his username to 'Papa Smurf"

Hahaha - nah, for my type of riding and being out here in no-mans-land for dealer support, the Fugly ultimately fits me well. Among other things I did eventually miss the heartbeat of the HD V-Twin.
Since you have chartered that course, did you try out the K1600 B? The raw horsepower was intoxicating in my opinion.

Still trying to figure out what the quality of today's endeavors will be.

I didn't even want to try the B. I knew I would get drawn in by the power, but I wanted to avoid the complexity. I've been a boxer guy (shorts and bikes!) for a long while so it was like going home.

And I'll tell you what - that RT is more than fast enough for me. That bike gets up to triple digit speeds like that and you have no idea because it does it so effortlessly. The problem occurs when it comes time to avoid running into things. I've had to readjust my sight lines (I'm not kidding) when I accelerate. I used to look "X" far ahead when getting on it on the SGS. When I first ran through the gears on the BMW I nearly pounded myself into a car at the end of the highway entrance ramp that I did not account for in my "X" equation. I was going 110 and it felt like 70. I need to recalibrate.

Take the windshield off, that'll recalibrate you.

Re-Morning, Woods......

Bob, great bike. Good Luck with it. Oh...100% asymmetrical Krusteaz pancakes made with milk and egg for breakfast.
