Hey Greg, Steve.
Yes we are. But when you make plans and then the plans change, it tends to get boring. Literally 5 days of sitting around…I could have done that while working.
Should be 500 miles from home, on my bike, eating supper and finding a hotel….but no….
Possible departure tomorrow. Definitely changing the route now.

I’d hate to name names or point fingers.
But she’s on the love seat. It was the less hairy one of the two that’s sitting there.
For the record, I’m on the couch.

Had some smoked wild Alaskan salmon and watched the slow and over paid roofers work. Apparently it is almost impossible to find good help plus a materials shortage. This roof is costing them $6700 and they are just going over the old roof
Hey, Lou.
I can't say how those steel roofs are done. Pretty popular up north and in the mountains.

These guys don't know either. They were trying to trim it with a grinder and a cut off wheel. After an hour I told them the trick of putting the blade on their circular saw on backwards. They didn't even have a cordless drill/driver. Had to borrow one. Contractors are hard to come by here. Saw a sign that Walmart is paying $20.50 for help and needs over 100 people. Went to Lowe's and there were only 3 people running the whole store. Only one check out person.
