You can be sure of one thing...Al ISN'T cutting the $^%*%$^$ grass, or we would have heard about it by now.

Morning Mark!
Lawn work resumes. The weed whacker will be used to good effect. Then the lawn sweeper to get up that nasty old loose grass that mocks me and Russ.
After that getting the truck ready for our trip tomorrow. This will be the first time I load a heavy bike on a truck. I think I'm well prepared with a 9' x 4' ramp that supports 1500 lbs, an adjustable workhorse to support the tailgate, another one to support the middle of the ramp, straps to hold the ramp to the truck, a 2x12x8 for the bike to rest on, taking weight off the tailgate once loaded, wheel chock on ramp..........phew! I'm tired just thinking about it.

Speaking of rain......Judging from the results of my last trip, I believe my HD rain suit has outlived its usefulness. If I remember right, it is at least 13-14 years old and seems to have lost its water shedding capability.
Guess I'm gonna have to spring for a new one.
