I am going out on a limb and predicting the Canadian Carbon Tax will insure a white Christmas, Tim...as well as a white September, October and November as well.

Lou, I cannot imagine the gas lines on 30 June. Think about this....people will wait in line for HOURS. Think about it....if their tank holds 25 gallons they will save $12.50. Pretty cost effective use of time but it ain't my job to save the world. Sorry you gotta pay going forward and hopefully you can leave CA sooner rather than later.
