Slow and steady. We've cleaned as much as we can. The adjuster was by yesterday and I'm cautiously optimistic that we will get taken care of. She basically said they would put together an estimate using high end materials as the baseline and no depreciation because it was obvious we just remodeled. In other words she seemed very reasonable and helpful, which was refreshing.

We'll supposedly see a check pretty soon. In the meantime the remediation guys will get to work on the 1st level removing walls and effluent soaked carpet under said walls. In the end the house will be the better for the issue with new plumbing and some building mistakes corrected. Depending on the payout my portion will be around 5 grand which isn't the end of the world.

That sounds promising, Bob. Your clean lifestyle and helping little old ladies cross the street is paying dividends.

Mornin Woods, Denny, I shot steal targets yesterday at the range. I used my Shield the whole time. Course of fire was eight horizontal 6” plates, a torso w/ hostage plate, an eight plate dueling tree and a long range gong. I shot 100 rounds after about five times through the course.

Good morning all. Chuck I am jealous, I have been wanting to go to the range. I will soon. We are headed up to Crystal River to the Harley dealer and then some seafood at Crackers. Everyone ride safe.

Indeed. Don't forget my work with starving children.
