TOAK, The Thread of All Knowledge Part XIII
yeah I need to recoup some $$ from yesterdays debaucal.....up 6k in 3 days down to 53 bucks today.......but I did give the ole lady 2 k...so It aint all bad......just need to sharpen the pencil a tad when it comes to handicappin'
Made my decision. The sun is out, 52*, the lake is still. Time to fill my thermos, load my gear and take the BARA II out for a few hours of fishing. OH....after I let my wife know ...
If she says 'No', tell her I made you go...I'll be your alibi
I should spend the coin on an euibase rag....but I'd rather blow the 2 bucks on a glue factory wannabe....

Good morning all. Just got back from shooting 9 holes. My game has temporarily returned. I played two ***** and shot a 39 and a 42. I was striking the ball well and putting well. I also was hitting greens. Of course I hit some chili dippers and made a few bad shots but I relaxed more and took my time. That helped, as sometimes I tend to play too fast. I go off first and I am not held up by others playing ahead of me. When it takes me an hour and a half I score better. When I get done in an hour my score shows it.
Last night we went the best restaurant here locally, The Chop Block Grill for our 38th anniversaryy dinner. I had the Tuscan cod stuffed with bay scallops, shrimp, sundried tomatoes, spinach and sauteed onions in a very tasty sauce. I have been all over the world and I think that was the best seafood dish I have ever eaten. It was amazing. Hard to believe this place is located in our little town. It's located in a non-descript strip center that looks like it was built in the 60's and it is about half empty of occupants. Back in the day it was probably "the" grocery store location or maybe a Kmart. I hope it remains open. It is always packed.
I am headed up to Gator Harley to pick up the Road King. The battery was the culprit. I also had a 10K service and a full safety inspection. It should be ready for the mountains now. I have to get up there early and get back before the rains kick in. It's a great day in paradise. Everyone ride safe.

Morning Tim, Bill, Mark, Mick, and Al!
Had some pretty good storms all night. We needed the rain badly. Now it's 70 and sunny. Looks to be another great day.
