Would have been 49 last December for me, but for us it was better it didn't last that long.

I missed the stairs, didn't know that took a hit. The ones you did such a nice job on a little while back?

First house I bought in Phoenix just had a swamp cooler. I did some mods for cooler air the neighbors said wouldn't work but did, but with the proliferation of golf courses, pools, and green lawns, the humidity went up every year until all the swamp cooler did was increase humidity in the house two or three months in the summer, finally got a piggyback ac/swamp cooler. Then convinced the neighbors I was crazy by putting the original swamp cooler over the garage. Worked great in the garage most of the time, vented through the ceiling and cooled the attic by 30 or 40 degrees, made a noticeable drop in the ac bill. Neighbors complained about having double my electric bill and some days couldn't get below 90 degrees with their ac; I could easily drop it to 72 on the hottest days. They just didn't believe it.

Yes, those stairs. Fortunately I made them as a unit and they simply unbolted from the wall and floor, so no harm done to those.

In all honesty Stan, it's been my attitude after our awesome rendezvous in Hill City. Life is too damn short to let work BS make it even shorter. I'm doing the best I can and if that's not good enough, they can go F themselves. I just don't care anymore.

I've gotten so with my current position, that I need to recall that which I'm grateful for to stay adjusted ...... great wife, like my bike, like my house, TOAK Pals, woke up today (no cancer), ......seriously.
This too shall pass and you have great talent. Go find a new (werk) home brother !

Good Lawd! I'm at shuffle. Been going crazy all day! But... One of the patches came in. I'm packaging a return letter and patch for him.

Life is too damn short to let work BS make it even shorter ... Yep, that's the ( major ) reason I sold the shop ... Too much BS .... Of course I've spent the last few hours resurrecting the almost 20 year old Craftsman riding mower ... Grinder, hammers torches and foreign language has worked wonders until the next time
