Pat's a great guy ... Known him since he was a kid ... His uncle "Bucko" had a drag boat back in the day that ran UBGH ( Unblown gas hydro ) which was a world record holder for a few years ... We had a lot of fun together :>)

Yeah, I'm pretty much done. I've got enough to do with my actual job, go figure.

Plumbers are taking their sweet time getting here. Probably charge me travel too, which I never did on a full 8 hour day service call.

Found another issue - the 1st floor got sewage soaked, which we didn't know. Today Cheryl and I removed all the furniture and now we get to tear up the carpet. Lots of damage.

Geez Bob! So sorry to hear that. If you were closer I'd be over tearing things up with you to help out. That really sucks. Does insurance cover anything in a situation such as this?
