Trish and I couldn’t dodge a 8’ folding table in the middle of I 80 yesterday on the way home. It could have been disastrous but fortunately it stayed flat as we hit it doing 75 mph.

I read that honey fights insomnia.......I'll try anything to get past the sleep study in front of me.
Sleep Studies can be a PITA but it changed my life - I was always tired, found my O2 levels were very low at night, I stopped breathing over 99 times per hour. Got a CPAP (hate it) but get mostly restful sleep now and my last follow up appt I was under 3 times per hour. Apnea can be a serious issue. Good luck with the test.

I was diagnosed with mild sleep apnea and waiting for the end of the month for my VA appointment to get my CPAP. Only 6.5/hr
