I may not have posted this Louie from the trip. Taken at the Cadillac Ranch outside of Amarillo.

Sleep Studies can be a PITA but it changed my life - I was always tired, found my O2 levels were very low at night, I stopped breathing over 99 times per hour. Got a CPAP (hate it) but get mostly restful sleep now and my last follow up appt I was under 3 times per hour. Apnea can be a serious issue. Good luck with the test.

I was diagnosed with mild sleep apnea and waiting for the end of the month for my VA appointment to get my CPAP. Only 6.5/hr
