Morning Russ, Greg, Mark, Chris, Mick, Stan, John, and Denny.

The funny thing is after being in it we get phantom septic smells even away from the house. That said, I created a draw exiting the house by the source, so at least the house doesn't smell too bad now. We'll probably check out and go back home. We can use the gym for showers and bathroom breaks for Cheryl. Being a guy the world is my bathroom.

And Mick, I used that logic, that we have to stay somewhere anyway, and that's how the conversation went to camping at home. Right now I'm a little concerned about spending money because like Al said, I'm probably hosed on the cost.

This really is a bummer, Bob. All we can hope for is the fastest and least expensive repair.

Gloria's assessment as well unless there was some outside force that can be proven to cause it.

That really sucks Bob! Good thing you're moving to NC, eh? I'd say it was shitty, but I'm not trying to poke fun. Home issues like that are super stressful and sometimes expensive.

Have you not been paying attention? The move to NC was scrapped in favour of snow birding in AZ.

If it was mentioned in the past two weeks, I likely missed it. That tidbit included. I've been kicking my *** at shuffle getting ready.

G'Morning, Woods.....Started out to be a good day......can't believe that I slept over 9 hours uninterrupted. Deuce buyer just called and he's leaving now from 2 hrs away.

Bob, was thinking about your sewer problem and wondered what I would do if that happened to me. I looked into pipe lining and "bursting". There's an outfit out in Milwaukee that does both and has a good website but I didn't save the name. I'd seriously look into the "bursting". They pull a plug through the pipe that breaks it up with a new liner following it through. Just two excavation points for access.

Thanks Al. I really appreciate all the info from everyone here. I spoke with a plumber today and he said in this case replacing the pipe is the best option, but I'll ask two more opinions. He also said the liner is super expensive, which doesn't make sense but.....
