Took a bicycle trip last weekend ona local trail here in WV. Went with a buddy and we camped a couple of nights. Once very remote and the other was in a city park along the trail.
It was hot and we had too much **** on board but we had a good time despite the learning curve. Definitely using a hammock next time.
Did see a yearling black bear cross the trail in front of us and a black bear cub beside the trail the following day.
Beer and Ramen for breakfast
Adirondack shelter
Trailside falls
Old water tank used to refill steam engines that hauled the lumber
Rhododendron in full bloom. WV State Flower
