Geeeeezuuuus H. Christ. Flying into Maryland with a handgun is a PITA. “Must remain secured in a hard sided container separate from ammunition and inaccessible to the driver.” I get that for flying (at least you can carry a box of ammo in the same case) but upon arrival, I have to remove the ammunition from the hard case and put it elsewhere. I’ll be glad to see that state in the rear view mirror.

Maryland is the least gun friendly state in the Union. If you drive through that state and you have a Conceal Carry Permit you can count on getting pulled over as soon as your tag gets close enough to a reader. There computer is programmed to ping. Especially if you are sporting a Florida tag.

I won’t be “carrying” except in my backpack. Cant get out of the People’s Republic of Maryland and back in the US fast enough.
