Hey, Greg...it is. ....they go hand in hand. In the gas industry, my brother is allowed to screw people on price if they take too long to pay !

You're right. my brother has told buyers " I'm screwing you on the price because your company took over two months to pay last time"...they started paying in 30 days.

Jeff, I'm partners in a small self-storage facility. We don't even question pro-rating on rent if people leave early. I tell them " You paid for the entire month, so I'm pro-rating the rent and returning your deposit"..Most places won't do that. They're surprised that I do that because they weren't expecting it. What they do ..is tell people about it. We get many return customers and friends and relatives of renters. We do NO advertising, we don't have to...we're generally full with a waiting list. it's a real simple business philosophy that too many businesses don't understand..." DON'T SCREW PEOPLE"
