TOAK, The Thread of All Knowledge Part XIII
Morning Doc, Greg, Chuck, Lou, Denny, Jeff, and Stan!
Well Stan, in our friendly contest of who's job sucks harder, I submit my latest - "Company provided cell phone".
On the surface it seems okay. But A - now I have to pay my cell phone bill instead f my monthly reimbursement. And B - I have to carry two phones.
White people problems......I know. But dammit!

Are you able to expense any of the company use bill ? Dang
Whatever you do - don't take an Inside Sales/Customer Service position ......at least not in my company. lol
And it's weird but if someone calls my personal phone, my work phone rings. And same with my texts, which means my company has access to all my texts. I need to get that changed.
well Bob, Just take a moment to consider the "undocumented pharmaceutical salesmen" and the number of phones they need to process their business.

Geez Bob, For what it's worth - your company is starting to sound like mine.
My company couldn't wait to pull back any staff they had working from home (covid). Came right out and said "they needed to insure productivity".
Feels like the dark ages LOL

"We realized with COVID that productivity has remained, but overhead has dropped significantly, by everyone working from home."
now -
"We need you to be on every project to hand hold the other managers. Oh, and your hotel per diem is capped at $120."
