Halito Toakers and Wooders. Al, I'm going through similar with my back. Upper area between shoulder blades. I have been starting to squat to pick things up instead of bending over. Starting to think about better ways to do things. And I did something that tweaked it again!! Found these guys on youtube.... Bob and Brad.... they are therapists who have a ton of videos. I scrolled through and found one that fit the area I'm having issues. Did a few of their excercises and it has helped. You might try looking for these two and check them out. Beware....many many videos. But they each address various areas of your bod. Good Luck to ya... I feel your pain!!!

Can you post that video. I'm having horrible issues with a knot under my shoulder blade that turned into 5 muscle groups twitching all the time. Going to see my chiro this week.

Gave me a bit of panic there, that reads like it was Steve's daughter, Airyn. I've had lunch with Steve, never actually met Airyn, but I've watched her grow up through his photos since she was 6 or 7 (17 now). Should be ashamed of myself, felt a moment's relief to see it wasn't his daughter, until I came back to reality and remembered it's still a tragedy for him.
Had that feeling before, running to a Huey that rolled over next to us in a tight LZ, had a pair of legs on the ground between us, and felt an enormous relief when I saw tennis shoes, only Vietnamese wore those, wasn't one of my buddies.

How in the world I managed to have 2 of my 3 children vote for Biden is beyond my comprehension. They are part of the 'anyone but Trump' ideology. We have a firm rule...we do not discuss politics, I told them both to watch what happens during this administration and it hasn't taken long.

I had recurring shoulder blade pain for several years, until I had a doctor tell me it was a nerve getting stretched and irritated by not having a thick enough pillow while sleeping on my side. Said use two pillows. That cleared up that episode (could last weeks) and haven't had it since, probably near 10 years now.
