Re-Morning, Woods....never did get the dock boards up the lake yesterday. Threw my back out on Thursday picking up a kitchen garbage bag of all things. Back has been really good for months. It was OK on Friday. Got to HomeyD's yesterday and it went out getting out of kid's truck.I had to get a "loader" to help me push the cart full of deck boards out and help me load them. Almost 400LF of that composite stuff is HEAVY! I spent most of yesterday on the couch, So it's still loaded in #1 son's p/u. He said he'll bring it up tomorrow.

Damn... hate to hear that. It's weird how doing something simple can mess it up when least expected. I literally threw it out once, turning to grab a cup of coffee. Can you imagine someone telling you, you're gonna get hurt grabbing a drink when you get older? Ugh

John, this back "thing" started over 30 yrs ago. I was walking through the kitchen and went down in a heap in a lot of pain. Never had a problem before that and No warning.

Getting older, I think of my carcass as having a series of implanted ticking time bombs, one of which could go off anytime. lol
