Try this for investigation, I just heard a loud band come from over my shoulder towards the kitchen, As loud as a firecracker. No idea what it was

. I checked around, nothing?.

I think your earbud is stuck in your ear. Or you have Bluetooth hearing aids that turned on without warning.
