Just got back from getting a new battery in Red's Equinox ... Yes she felt it necessary to go get her nails done this morning and her ride wouldn't start ... Being the loving understanding ( and not wanting to suffer the wrath of said redhead ) husband that I am I "allowed" her to take my trunk to her appointment all the while her mumbling "It's not that bad outside, I used to deliver mail" Of course me not wanting to exacerbate an already tenuous situation didn't mention that even the US Postal Service has shut down for today ... I called the Autozone and checked to see if they had a battery ( options ) for the Equinox ... Yep had a good a and a best 99.99 and 159.95 so I charged the 7 year old battery and made it up to the Autozone ( can't get the Equinox in the garage as I too much of my "important stuff" in the way ... Get there and they do a battery test and yep it needs a battery ( gee really? ) and they'll install it for free ... Needless to say the battery is enveloped way down deep under ECM's and brackets harnesses etc ... By the time it was removed another clerk had sold the good ( $99.99 ) battery and all they had left was the best ... Wonderful ... I dare not convey the story to her majesty as it would result in effects I'd rather not communicate in public ... And love ( and almost 50 years of marriage ) grand :<(

You're welcome....and you didn't have to change the battery yourself....that alone was worth $50 in this weather...
