I spent some time in Lexington. We attended the Rolex a few years back. Kentucky is a beautiful state. I didn't even see any weeds, just beautiful grass. We toured the thoroughbred training facility and I found the best guitar/music store of all time, Willcutt Guitars. We had stopped in Nashville on the way up for a couple of days and I thought I would find the mother load there but no it was in Lexington. That place was awesome. After spending about an hour browsing I inquired about Rickenback guitars because his site listed them as a dealer but I did not see any. The guy took me upstairs to what was row after row of fine instruments stored away. Then I asked about some boutique amps that his site listed and he said all that stuff was across the street at the warehouse where the on line shipping to place. He sent me over and they buzzed me in. OMG is all I can say. A room with wall to wall handmade tube amps, by Matchless, Top Hat, Victoria, Swartz, Dr. Z, and so many others. I had to sit down and collect myself. I went back the next day and purchased a Rickenbacker. Kentucky was the best.
We'll await a complete review, post-feast, with photographic evidence of course. Dine away !
