Long day at work but not complaining.
Off to eavning jits in a few. Doing flying arm bars tonight. They are a bitch to do correctly.

There’s some stories of our Prime Minister allowing the Chinese Army to come into Canada via southern BC for training.

Evening gents! And ladies!
Thanks for the update Tracy. I hope he rounds the corner quickly on recovery. Please tell him I am sending my best.
Tracy is still in ICU. He is doing as well as can be expected, I guess. Lots of pain. He's also dealing with AFib today. Apparently that's normal in 20 to 60% of patients. Sometimes it goes away and sometimes it doesn't. I think he will remain in ICU as long as the AFib is present. He really loves his heart shaped pillow that he is supposed to hug when he coughs. He has told me that each time I saw him. He hasn't felt like eating anything, but enjoys the coffee from home I take in for him. It's so much better than that Starbucks crap. I am not sure he remembers me coming by and has lost all track of days/times. The drugs are quite effective in making him forget, but only so-so on the pain. Anyway, Thank you for your thoughts and prayers. He is a lucky man to call y'all friends. As am I. Lucky that is. Not a man. 😁.
