Ugh, week full of meetings...this ought to drag my productivity down to near zero

Greg, that picture is so true. I will say, we feel like we have a new lease on life after having our second shots. It was great to go to a restaurant and it was pretty damn close to normal. Folks have always been against masks , in general, in our area so it was no surprise that no one was wearing a mask where we went.

 

Re-Morning, Woods... I don't think we will ever return to full "normal" around this house. Last night, her best friend was here for the party and said to me " This is the first time I've been in your house in a year". Everyone except the two g'kids have been vaccinated. I'm surprised my wife didn't require everyone to wear masks.. About a month ago, her friend came by for coffee with my wife...it was 50*, they were sitting out on the patio in jackets with masks on, separated by 8 ft. I walked out , took one look and said " This is GD ridiculous!" Her friend said , shaking her head " It wasn't my idea"...this is what I live with !

 

That's funny Al. Similar situations here. We have a circle of trusted friends that limited exposure so we would hang out with them outdoors, even in Winter, without masks. There would be limited activities indoors. Now that most of us are vaccinated, none of us wear masks while visiting. Cheryl's sister was over for the first time in a long time and she wasn't wearing a mask. It just seems to be going back to normal for us.

Until we get into the city that is. Then it's full pandemic hazmat mode. Thank God we have limited our exposure to that.

 

 

I'm not crazy about the masks but I guess it comes with the territory ... On a positive note, now that all the kids are wearing masks the little ones are no longer licking the windows :>)

 

I hope things go back to normal......my supplies are running low
