Yuup... I have been haulin crap most of my life, I would rather be legal than not, I have run illegal but not by choice. The company accepted the responsibility but I would still get the BS of keeping points of my license which costs money. This day and age it is all about the money and states are getting more aggressive collecting it how ever they can. Then there is the insurance companies who try to bail out of paying in the event of an accident or just drop yer azz after they have to pay.

South of Calgary they get some nasty winds. On holidays one year, we passed a Dodge Dakota and it’s 24’ 5th wheel trailer on its side. Wind blew it over.
Yup, when I was teaching my SIL to pull the 43 footer I told him, the winds are high use your brain, if you flip this rig with my daughter and granddaughter in it and someone gets hurt bad, you aren't going to fare well either!

That goes for speed too, you want to drive like an idiot pulling all that do it by yourself!

I know a company that used to overload their show trailer kept bending axles and couldn't figure out why. Said company now weighs their truck and trailer.

I got a neck x-ray once, haven't found a doc that would do more than say get more exercise for the back. Last physical I didn't even take my shirt off or pee in a bottle, haven't had an x-ray in years, never had an MRI, and a sports therapist gave me more pain relief than all the docs I've been to in less than 15 minutes.

I had offers for Oxycodone from 2 docs, seems they want to get you hooked instead of fixing the cause of the problem? I filled the one prescription but have not taken any of the meds as of yet.
