An outfit in FL is doing the bid and they will be doing the mod if they win it. I’m just doing some consultant work for a guy I’ve done work for previously. Mundane stuff like integration, design and manhour allocations.

You may be familiar with auto dealer floor plan programs. I will assume so, if not ask.

Lenders do Floor Plan Audits quite regularly. They compare what is sitting at the dealership against their list of floored vehicles. If they cannot put their fingers on it or account for it by documentation the dealer is obligated to write a check, then and there, to pay off the floor planned amount.

Guess which cars the auditors couldn't find most often? Yep, the ones on the showroom floor.

You should watch Judge Judy more often. She explains legal principles all the time, most of the time to morons, but her point is well taken.
