Chuck I think you would be safe with a 26,000 combo weight registration..

Just rember toy haulers have more pin weight when they are empty , nothing in the garage to counter balance some of the weight.

Mornin Lou... yup.. a friend got stopped in Ohio coming into PA, he was pulling a fifth wheel with out a combo registration, they weighed the rig, subtracted the GVWR off of the truck and fined him for any weight over that, some DOT guy with a hardon for guys pullin trailers.

My plates cost me 580 bucks a year but it beats paying fines and going to court...

-10 when I checked at 7:30. Heading for a high of... -9. And that will be the warmest for a couple or three days. Glad I got that new furnace, would've been worried about the 20 year old one, even though it never had a hiccup.

Now to see how I got so many pages behind.
