Glad he took that crap somewhere else. I like learning, but he was annoying.

Good afternoon fellers. A balmy 78 degrees here in NC today. Went out for a short rider earlier and will probably hit again for a little while later. Still learning about the CVO. As some of you are well aware technology is not my friend and brothers this thing has got a bunch of stuff I'm still figgering out.
Ordered a half helmet BOOM headset. Have read mixed reviews on these but thought it worth a shot.
I see on FB that Rick is on the road again. I too will be heading out in a few weeks. California here I come. This is my year to knock one off the bucket list
Hope all are doing well

Quiet Monday after Easter so I played hookey to go out riding. Very windy, straight out of the South. Storm brewing.....
Mick you're likely 2 steps ahead but if you do your Road King deal, make sure to get some highway pegs in the deal or shortly thereafter. These pictured are my personal favorites (HD) and have saved my back and butt over time on the longer hauls.

I have to second the highway pegs, but I have the Kuryakyn pegs on mine. They weren't very expensive. I think I paid less than the hotel in Raton, NM for a single night. I'll find a pic. Still trying to fine tune where they are for the most comfort.
Once you dive into that plush bed at the end of a 600+ mile day, you’ll realize how worth it it was. Cocktails in the lounge too....
