Absolutely Mick, my thoughts exactly! Morning Bob. I cooked our prime rib using the probe in the oven and it came out perfect! Just a little tip for Cheryl.

 

Shoulda left it and claimed clairvoyance.

 

Re-mornin to everybody I missed. Sun is shining here and the temp is on the rise. Gonna hit the road in about an hour and meet up with a few of the geezers and go terrorize some of the roadways in rural southwestern PA.....and mebby even WV.
Things are starting to green-up rather rapidly and I'm hoping that snow is a thing of the past for this year.

 

Sounds like your weather is dramatically different than Ken's, Doc.
