Morning Larry, Al, Bob, Mick and Doc. Happy Easter to you. I have the rib roast out of the fridge to warm for later cooking. Watched the end of the Gonzaga-UCLA game last night and what a finish. Fast forward this to about the 3:15 mark.

Hey Bob! I really wanted some loaded mashed potatoes to go with it and I got pushback from the lady who was expected to make them. Looks like I’m making bacon wrapped asparagus to go with it instead.
